Beauty Therapists

Royal Exchange Square

Rainbow Room Beauty (based within the Royal Exhange Square salon) is a sanctuary for clients and beauty therapists alike.

Along with modern facilities, equipment and luxury treatment rooms, you can look forward to an excellent salary, bonus scheme, ongoing training and a defined career path. 

In line with the rest of the company, our therapists all take part in the RRI annual award ceremony and benefit from incentive schemes set up by product companies.

Stylists

It's no wonder so many of our stylists have been with RRI for most of their careers. Quite simply, we believe you have to enjoy coming to work - be rewarded and feel valued.

However you'd like your career to progress, we can give you the support, training and opportunities to do it, with clear annual goals and the support to achieve them.

Here, promotion doesn't just mean a new job title: it means an increase in basic pay, commission, holidays, monthly and annual bonuses. In context, our top hairdressers can earn in excess of £60,000 a year.

Front of House

It's not just stylists we develop. We recognise the invaluable role our Front of House teams play in the overall client experience, which is why we make sure our receptionists have a career ladder too.

Everyone who joins an RRI Front of House team receives in-depth training in all aspects of the job, and regular in-house training too. In time, the career opportunities develop, and you could go on to become a principal receptionist, part of the management team, or even open your own salon.
