Hair Colour Trends
The top hair colours for AW17 are all about
warm tones like golden blonde, hazelnut
brown and coppery reds. Cool browns
such as cappuccino, espresso, mocha and
 chocolate still remain popular throughout
A/W. The glowing colours of autumn inspire
many to change their hair to warmer colours
to compliment the change in seasons.
Other popular warm colours for A/W include
 caramels, honey blondes, butterscotch
blondes and dirty blonde, as well as
reddish-brown, copper and crimson. The hot new colour trend for 2017 is Colour Spill from Rainbow Room International, born from our love of colour and need to give clients a tailor-made look. Individualism is a huge trend this year and the Colour Spill technique is perfect for everyone in their own way. This technique can be as bold or as subtle as you like! The techniques our Rainbow Room International colour experts use can meet clients individual upkeep needs, and they ensure all of their colour choices are complimentary to clients skin tone, eye colour and personal preferences. Using geometric sectioning and relaxed colour application with precise colour choices, to disperse colour beautifully through the hair, creating your very own ‘Colour Spill’. Our favourite colours for this trend would have to be cool rose, warm gold or ashbury offering a soft approach to the Colour Spill technique and are super on-trend for AW17.

Hairstyle Trends
Laid back Waves - this seasons most sought after hair style. A quick and easy look to recreate - perfect for those lazy mornings and on-trend looks. Seen on the catwalks at Fendi, Isabel Marant, Chloé and Alexander Wang. Simply use straighteners to add a smooth bend to sections of the hair, add some texturising spray and nish with a mist of shine spray.

Super Sleek
 - super straight 90’s hair has made a comeback for AW17 where truly long and straight hair has been seen on the catwalks at Mary Katrantzou and Emilia Wickstead. Create the super straight hair look by blow drying your hair straight with a round brush and use straighteners on the hair to make it extra sleek!

Time To Tie The Knot - a low-slung knot is always going to be a winner if you want to look effortlessly cool. Simply loop hair around and pin it in pace to secure as seen on the Jil Sander catwalks. Or for something a bit more quirky the mini buns will be a big hit for AW17 as seen at the Anna Sui catwalks with gorgeous twisted knotted buns.
