Julie has been making our clients look and feel fantastic for over six years. She has expertise in every treatment we offer, but especially loves shaping brows and has become one of our most popular therapists for HD Brows.

Alison loves the diversity of the treatments we offer, particularly the aesthetic treatments, which have instant results her clients love. Even outside of work, she’s always experimenting with the latest beauty techniques and products – perfecting skills that she can then apply in the spa.

Beauty Therapist

Sarah loves treatments that make clients look good and feel good. Whether she’s helping relieve a client’s muscle pain through deep-tissue massage, or transforming face shapes at our HD Brow bar, she loves to give her clients instant results. A true professional, Sarah spends her own spare time perfecting nail, make-up and eyebrow techniques.

Danielle joined the elite team of Beauty Therapists in April 2015 at Royal Exchange Square. Coming from a Spa background she has very quickly has become an integral part of the team. She has a passion and flare for hollistic treatments from facials to reflexology' & has become the salons expert in hot stone massage therapy.

Lucy

Beauty Therapist

Lucy has a passion for massage therapy and enjoys giving a deep pressure massage to relieve the body of tension, whether it be through hot stones or using her deep DEEP pressure.

 

Lucy also has a good eye for makeup and eyebrow treatments as she enjoys anything that shows her creative side. she loves to make her clients feel at ease and leave the salon feeling great.

Located on the ground floor, our Express Bar is perfect for that lunch hour beauty necessity, quick fix treatment or pre-party glamour.  All treatments take less than an hour. Simply walk in or pre-book- it's totally up to you!

Consultations

We’re happy to consult on any treatment or styling choice before you book, to make sure you get the result you’re looking for and leave the salon feeling amazing.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment please try to give us at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel within 28 hours the full cost must still be paid. Where the treatment has been prepaid (i.e. with a gift voucher) 25% of the pre-payment is non-refundable.

Deposits

All of our spa packages require a 50% deposit. The same applies to any treatment where the appointment will last over 3 hours.

Skin Testing

All tinting and HD Brow treatments require a patch test 48 hours prior to treatment. Without a patch test, we can’t carry out the treatment.

Prep

Pedicure
To avoid polish from smudging after your appointment, please wear open-toed shoes.

Tanning
For best results, exfoliate your entire body (paying attention to hands, elbows, feet and knees) the evening before or morning of your treatment. Please avoid waxing or shaving 24 hours before to reduce skin sensitivity. Wear dark, loose-fitting clothing and remove makeup and deodorant before treatment.

Flotation Tank
Please bring swimwear to wear during your session. (We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.) Please don’t wear contact lenses or shave before using the flotation tank.
