Hairdressing powerhouse Wil is a seven-time nominee for Scottish Hairdresser of the Year at the prestigious British Hairdressing Awards. He has almost 30 years’ experience, during which time he has worked with industry greats such as John Frieda and celebrity Stylists including Gok Wan and Mark Hayes. His famous clients include Zoe Ball, Janice Street Porter, Michaela Strachan and Nick Nairn. Wil has been with Rainbow Room International since 1996 and is now a Director at both Stirling and Buchanan Street salons.

Pamela has been one of our most popular hairdressers for over 25 years, and is a true master of cutting, colouring and perming all types of hair. Her reputation for creativity and consistency have earned her famous clients such as Alex Kapranos from Franz Ferdinand and Amy Macdonald, but every client feels like a celebrity in her extremely capable hands.

Joy is an unstoppable force in hairdressing. In her 20 years with RRI, she’s picked up many industry awards, and has twice been voted Salon Stylist of the year at the world renowned British Hairdressing Business Awards. Joy holds a Schwarzkopf Master Colourist Degree and is the expert in Balayage and Ombre colour techniques.

An unstoppable whirlwind of energy and creativity, Maria loves to really get into the minds of her clients to achieve the look they want. She’s constantly striving to learn new techniques (at the moment, freehand ombre is her favourite), and her Schwarzkopf Master Colourist Degree enables her to create amazing colour results. For styling perfection, and personal service combined with expert advice, Maria is among the best hairdressers around.

Renee has been with Rainbow Room International for 19 years and has a wealth of experience in all hair types. With a vast collection of awards, she has a passion for creating beautiful hair. Renee's Schwarzkopf Master Colourist degree enables her to create amazing colour results, and she gives every client a brilliant salon experience.

Nadine has been part of RRI for 7 years after graduating through the RRI Academy in 2011. Nadine is one of RRI's most popular Art Directors thanks largely to her ability to create fabulous yet practical hairstyles for all clients. Nadine's upbeat personality is matched by brilliant technical ability and she is a specialist on Balayage & Ombre colour techniques.

Whatever the hair-related challenge or problem, Jade will find the solution. She’ll start your appointment with an in-depth consultation, and end with a personal hair plan to keep you loving your look – a real end-to-end service that clients love. Qualified to Schwarzkopf Master Colourist Degree level, Jade has attended numerous colour specialist seminars and cutting masterclasses, enabling her to create a bespoke, modern look for all hair types.

The ultimate professional, Geri brings a keen eye for fashion and detail to every client appointment. She believes the consultation is as important as the cut or colour itself, and makes sure every client feels confident and happy with their design before she begins. Qualified to Schwarzkopf Master Colourist Degree level, Geri loves the challenges of complex shape and colour in both ladies and gents styles (one of her dream jobs would be to give Russell Brand a makeover). 

Aimie is one of Rainbow Rooms most popular stylists. Energetic, enthusiastic and brimming with fabulous hair and colour ideas. Aimie is well know for her sensational cutting and styling skills on short, midi or long lengths. Aimie is a keen colourist also with a real passion for  blending the best colour selections to your natural eye and skin tones. A visit to Aimie will leave you looking and feeling fabulous.

Amber is one of Rainbow Room Internationals most exciting up and coming talents. Amber has an exceptional eye for detail in all her hairdressing work.

Kaci is an absolutely amazing new asset to Rainbow Room International Buchanan Street. She has high energy and is bursting with new ideas as she is trained to the highest level. Kaci specialises in creative styling and hair-ups, specifically waves and curls. If it's a fantastic new look you are after Kaci is your girl.

Since joining us over five years ago, Thalia has become an indispensible member of the Stirling team. She also led the salon to victory in 2013 when her team won ‘British Reception Team of the Year’ at the British Hairdressing Awards. Not only does she give the salon a welcoming feel, her HD Brow skills are hard to beat.
