One of RRI’s most accomplished hairdressers. Julie-anne has earned her stripes at every level within the company. Since starting her career in 1995 with us, she has won numerous awards, styled celebrities at tin the park and graduated with a Schwarzkopf master colour degree and Schwarzkopf brand guardian degree. With all this knowledge she loves to pass on her skills and passion to others through teaching. Yet with this diverse experience under her belt. Julie-anne’s biggest passion hasn’t changed- she loves making people feel and look fantastic, particularly if it involves colour work or complete transformations.

Andrew has worked with the company since 1999. Working his way up the career ladder  to salon manager. Throughout this time he has won numerous in house awards. Andrew is also involved in the RRI art team and is a backstage veteran at t in the park. Andrew loves education and is always learning and passing on his knowledge. He has successfully completed the Schwarzkopf colour master degree and the Schwarzkopf brand guardian degree.  Due to the constant learning of new skills, Andrew uses this creativity and artistic skills in everyday salon experiences to tailor make styles to suit his client’s needs. to make them feel and look amazing but most importantly to gain the clients trust.

Sierra joined our Crow Road team back in 2016 as an assistant where discovered her passion for hair. Since qualifying in March of 2020, Sierra developed an exceptional eye for detail and creativity. Sierra's bright and bubbly personality brings a warm and welcoming experience to all her clients. Sierra loves all aspects of hairdressing but her all-time favourite is transforming her clients with colour, some of her favourite looks to create are flawless, soft, and natural finishes to bold, bright and dramatic colours.

Erin started her RRI journey in 2021 through our Training Academy. During her time, she was given the opportunity to learn abroad from stylists in Italy through the ERASMUS+ Exchange Programme, where she was able to experience a new culture and a new way of hairdressing. Since qualifying, she has found her real passion in making her clients feel at ease and enjoy their experience in the salon, as well as ensuring they leave looking and feeling beautiful. Erin's natural talent shines through most in her colour work, where she can let her creativity roam free and especially loves the range of techniques of foiling she can try on her clients.

Ella has been Front of House at Crow Road for five years, leading the salon to win ‘Reception of the Year’ in 2011. She loves meeting clients and seeing them leave the salon with amazing hair and a big smile on their faces. She can even recognise regular clients by the sound of their voices on the phone and addresses them by name without needing to ask (yes, she really is that good).
