Adrian has been working in the industry for over 30 years, and his knowledge and expertise inspire every client who sits in his chair. Since he joined RRI in 1990, Adrian has attended numerous seminars in the UK and abroad, developing his skills to become one of our most respected hairdressers. His attention to detail is second to none and his full consultation will cover everything from your hair’s natural qualities to the end result you want to achieve. It’s this bespoke service that’s led to Adrian being awarded RRI ‘Salon Team of the Year’ five times in five consecutive years. Adrian has also been a finalist in ‘Manager of the Year’ at the British Hairdressing Business Awards.

With more than 30 years experience, Jackie, our Salon Director loves to create with extentions.Trained in both bonds and tapes she is a winner of Great Lengths Hall of fame twice.Jackie has her Schwarzkopf master colour degree and is fully trained in keratin smooth treatments.Having picked up Total Excellence and Fantastic Hairdressing awards,Jackie love for hair coincides with her passion for art and is very creative when tailoring that individual look for her clients.

Our amazing Stylist Lisa, believes the key to a great salon experience is listening to and understanding each clients' individual wants and needs, then tailoring a service to suit.

Not only has Lisa qualified as one of our Schwarzkopf Master Hair Colourists, she loves to attend regular courses to keep her skills finely tuned, and to keep up-to-date with the most recent industry trends.

Ellie started her training at RRI Academy back in 2020, since qualifying she has been on an exchange trip where she was given the opportunity to experience working in salons over in Lanciano, Italy, and is now based in our East Kilbride Salon. She loves to make clients feel beautiful and teach them how to recreate the look at home. Ellie loves a challenge and is always looking for ways to grow her skills even more.

Mischa is one of Rainbow Room Internationals most exciting up and coming talents. Mischa is constantly learning and has already developed a strong skill base through courses in geometric cutting, advanced colouring technqiues and product knowledge. Mischa's real passion is to give her clients the best possible salon experience and to leave feeling and looking amazing.

Megan was part of the RRI Clarkston Salon team for 4 years. Now based in our RRI East Kilbride Salon her focus is to build a strong relationship with her clients. Megan is constantly learning and has already developed a strong skill base through courses in asymmetric symmetry cutting, face shapes and product knowledge.
