Hairdressing powerhouse Wil is a seven-time nominee for Scottish Hairdresser of the Year at the prestigious British Hairdressing Awards. He has almost 30 years’ experience, during which time he has worked with industry greats such as John Frieda and celebrity Stylists including Gok Wan and Mark Hayes. His famous clients include Zoe Ball, Janice Street Porter, Michaela Strachan and Nick Nairn. Wil has been with Rainbow Room International since 1996 and is now a Director at both Stirling and Buchanan Street salons.

Jayla is a specialist in long and short hair work. From creating stunning wedding hair to cool crops, Jayla can do it all. During her 15 years with RRI Jayla has won many awards and also has gained her Schwarzkopf Master Colour Degree. Jayla's proudest moment is graduating with honours as a Registered Trichologist. Also a busy Mum, Jayla has a warm, compassionate personality.

Dawn is trained by Rainbow Room International. She travelled the world, hairdressing, on luxury cruise liners. Dawn has a passion for detailed cutting techniques and contemporary colouring. Dawn is a warm and friendly character and with over 20 years in the hairdressing industry, she has a huge amount of experience to draw from.

Since winning RRi assistant of the year in 2014 Demi has gone from strength to strength. With her wonderfully detailed and insightful consultation, cutting and colouring skills, Demi creates stunning looks designed personally for each of her clients. To add another string to her bow, Demi is now a fully qualified expert in HD BROWS, and the new 'Lash' phenomenon LVL LASHES delivering immediate spectacular results lasting up to 6 weeks with your natural eye lashes.

Since joining us over five years ago, Thalia has become an indispensible member of the Stirling team. She also led the salon to victory in 2013 when her team won ‘British Reception Team of the Year’ at the British Hairdressing Awards. Not only does she give the salon a welcoming feel, her HD Brow skills are hard to beat.

A Supermum at home, Rosie runs our reception just as efficiently. It’s her job to uphold our high salon standards, friendly atmosphere and five-star feel (and she does it very well).
