Superstylist Sam has been with RRI for over 20 years, and is one of our most accomplished Salon Directors. With her clients, she focuses on delivering beautiful, bespoke hair to suit every individual’s face shape and lifestyle, and she excels in everything from design cutting, styling and creative colour – in which she has recently achieved her Schwarzkopf Master Colourist Degree. As a Salon Director, Sam will ensure you have a fantastic experience every time you visit, and that you leave looking and feeling amazing.

As International Artistic Director, Suzie is one of the most accomplished and influential stylists within RRI. She has been nominated for ‘Scottish Hairdresser of the Year’ an amazing ten times at the British Hairdressing Awards (she won the award in 2011), is a favourite at London Fashion Week, and is UK Ambassador for Schwarzkopf ‘Essential Looks’. Not forgetting her 20 years’ experience as an educator, travelling all over the world to pass on her knowledge and expertise. Quite frankly, Suzie has one of the most impressive CVs we’ve ever seen. As a client, this means you can look forward to a 6-Star salon experience unlike any other. Diana is a key member of the RRI Artistic Team, and has worked on various top hair shows and photo-shoots from London to LA, including Men’s London Fashion Week. She has won American Crew ‘Men's Hairdresser of the Year’ and – as part of the Artistic Team – has been a finalist at the British Hairdressing Award and the L’Oreal Colour Trophy. In short, with Diana, your hair is in very, very good hands. Working with RRI since 2008, she has built up a vast expertise in everything from colour work to technical cutting. She is also a qualified educator and teaches other hairdressers at RRI seminars.

Book an appointment with Emma-Jane and you can expect a really personal service. Not only is she technically skilled in cutting and colouring techniques (she’s especially interested in colour), she loves to create an individual experience, including a fantastic home care package that will give you tips and hints to achieve the salon look at home.
